Library Managment System
The Library Management System streamlines book reservations, loan tracking, and inventory management for clients and librarians. I designed and developed the site, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
Real-Deal Painting
I recreated a lightweight version of a professional website, focusing on accurate styling and layout replication. Using HTML, CSS, SASS, and JavaScript with MVC structuring, I ensured both visual precision and functionality, demonstrating strong front-end development skills.
Keurig
I built a fully functional, responsive replica of the Keurig website, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Firebase for authentication, and Webpack for bundling. This project highlights my ability to balance design accuracy with technical functionality while following modern development practices.
Curling Site
In this group project, I developed multiple pages, including user authentication with Clerk for seamless login and registration. The site features a responsive layout and user-centered design, showcasing teamwork, technical proficiency, and modern web development tools.
About Me
I’m Arissa, an IT support professional and double major student at Indiana University Indianapolis pursuing degrees in Informatics and Media Arts and Science.
With hands-on experience in technical support, systems troubleshooting, and software technologies, I enjoy helping users solve problems and improving the reliability of the systems they depend on every day. Through my work at the UITS Support Center, I’ve developed experience in account management, device support, software installation, and customer-focused technical support in fast-paced environments.
Alongside my IT experience, I also have a background in software and web development, giving me a strong understanding of both user needs and the technologies behind modern systems and applications.
